Under Qatar Airways cancellation policy, each customer will receive a full refund. Additionally, there will be no cancellation fee if the intended departure date is 7 days or longer at the time of cancellation. On the booking, a customer may make several requests for Qatar Airways flight changes. Then, among all the reissued fares, the most restricted or highest cancellation fee may apply.
